Making a complaint
In order to make a complaint, please follow the instructions below:
1. Complaint form
Fill in the complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following details: your name, e-mail or postal address, telephone number, product number and the reason for the complaint, the date of purchase and the date of defect.
2. Shipping the item to us for verification
Send the product with a completed complaint form to the following address:

Please attach a copy of receipt or invoice to the package.
Complaints are investigated within 14 days from the day of receipt by our manufacture. According to standard procedures, in case of an accepted complaint, a refund for the item/s will be issued back to your bank account. If the complaint is not accepted, the item will be sent back to you.
Please note that all shipping costs and customs formalities will remain the sender’s responsibility.
Return policy
You have the right to return your order for any reason within 14 days of its receipt.
Make sure shoes are in their original condition (including their soles): unused, clean and odorless, and retain the original tags.

Please attach a receipt or invoice number to the package with the return form and the returned product.
The reimbursement will be sent to you within a maximum of 14 days of the receipt of the goods by the shop, and it will be credited with the same payment method you chose for your purchase.
