ORDERS

  • What is the delivery time for the order?

    The processing time within Poland is 2-4 business days. Within international destionation, it's up to 10-12 working days (including shipping).

    If you pay by bank transfer or online payment, we ship any goods as soon as the money is credited to our account. Parcels are delivered by courier companies - delivery times depend on the carrier, the type of shipment and the recipient's address.Please note that when paying by bank transfer to the shop account, the time of receipt of the parcel is extended by the time of the money transfer.

  • Can I cancel the order?

    If the order has not been sent yet, we can cancel it upon your request. Please send us an email to akces@akces.biz or call us +48 126549168 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm).

  • How to choose the right shoe size?

    Each model may have its own individual size chart, so when choosing a size, it's best to refer to the size chart provided with the product. To choose the best size, match it to the length of your foot or the length of the insole you normally wear. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact us at akces@akces.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND COMPLAINTS

  • Can I make a return?

    You have the right to return your order for any reason within 14 days of its receipt.

    Make sure shoes are in their original condition (including their soles): unused, clean and odorless, and retain the original tags.

  • How can I make a return?

    To initiate a return, please send the products with a completed return form. Please find the details here.

  • Can I exchange the ordered product for a different item?

    If you wish to exchange a product purchased online, please return it and then order it again in the size or variant that suits you.

  • When will I receive the refund?

    You will receive your refund within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the returned products.

  • How long is the warranty on dance shoes?

    Dance shoes purchased in our online store are covered by a one-year warranty. The exception is ballet shoes, which are covered by a 3-month warranty.

  • How can I make a complaint?

    To make a complaint, fill out the complaint form and send us the product you are complaining about. Please find the details here.

  • How long will it take for my complaint to be processed?

    The deadline for addressing the complaint is 14 days from receiving the product.

  • How do I check the availability of an item in online store?

    If your shoe size is not available, please contact us at akces@akces.biz or call our office at +48 12 654 91 68 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.).

  • My size is not available. How can I order it?

    Place your order by sending us an email at akces@akces.biz. Bespoke  shoes are subject to an additional fee - we will inform you about the details in our response via email.

  • How to order shoes in a width other than the standard „G”?

    Place your order by sending us an email at akces@akces.biz. Bespoke  shoes are subject to an additional fee - we will inform you about the details in our response via email.

  • How to order shoes in a different color, with a different heel, or made to measure shoes?
